What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft Starter proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown on 3 Mar 2026. Subscription is £22k annual; total first-year deal value is £28k including one-off implementation. Not an offer until an order form is signed.
What it is: a draft proposal for B-Viz on the Starter tier, built inside the customer's own Snowflake account. It states "This is a draft. Pricing and scope are for discussion and are not an offer until an order form is signed."
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out "The annual subscription is £22k" and a total deal value of £28k that is "not an annual price". Billing is annual in advance or quarterly, on 30-day terms.
Unusual: the author says he will "double-check these figures against our current price book" before it goes out as final. The implementation fee is shown only as "Fixed fee", with no amount or timeline.
Not settled: the systems to connect, the number of users, the billing preference and any IT or data protection questions. No availability percentage, response time or service credit is stated; full service terms are left to the order form. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Ludworth Lettings - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion Prepared on 3 Mar 2026 by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo BG-Demo customer success contact once live: Marcus Bell
> This is a draft. Pricing and scope are for discussion and are not an offer until an order form is signed.
1. Context
Ludworth Lettings is a residential lettings and block-management agency in Stockport, looking after around six thousand homes across South Manchester and Cheshire.
As we discussed, the property-management team currently has to piece together a picture of each landlord from several places: the properties they own, the repairs tickets raised against them, and the statements sent to them. That takes time, and it is easy for something to be missed.
The aim of this proposal is to give that team one place to ask about a landlord and see everything together.
2. What we propose
We propose B-Viz on the Starter tier, built and run inside Ludworth Lettings' own Snowflake account, so your data stays with you.
Starter is designed for one team, which fits where you want to begin:
Read the whole document (3,835 characters)
- Pages, chat and search across the connected sources, so the team can ask a plain question about a landlord and get an answer
- One team using B-Viz day to day, within the Starter user allowance
- Connectors to the systems that hold properties, repairs tickets and statements, within the Starter connector allowance
- Six-monthly check-ins with our customer success team
If the team grows or more departments want in, moving up to Growth is straightforward and I am happy to talk it through when the time comes.
3. Implementation
Before subscription use begins there is a one-off, fixed-fee implementation. It covers connecting your sources, loading the data and getting the property-management team started. I will confirm the exact timeline with our delivery team and put it in writing before anything is signed.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Starter subscription, annual | £22k |
| One-off implementation (included in the total below) | Fixed fee |
| Total deal value, first year | £28k |
To be clear on what the figures mean:
- The annual subscription is £22k.
- The total deal value of £28k is the subscription plus the one-off implementation fee, so it is not an annual price.
- From the second year the annual subscription is the figure that renews, and the implementation fee does not repeat.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, or quarterly if you would prefer, on 30-day terms. I will double-check these figures against our current price book before this goes out as final, rather than rely on memory.
5. Service
Starter comes with the standard Starter service level for availability and support response. The nightly refresh runs so that data is fresh at the start of the business day, which matters for a team handling repairs and landlord queries each morning. Full service terms will sit in the order form.
6. Open points
This draft still needs the following before it can be finalised:
- Confirmation from Ludworth Lettings of the exact systems to connect for properties, repairs tickets and statements
- Confirmation of how many people in the property-management team will use B-Viz
- Your preference on annual or quarterly billing
- Any questions from your IT or data protection contacts
7. Next steps
- Ludworth Lettings reviews this draft and sends me comments.
- We agree scope, timeline and billing, and I update the proposal.
- We move to an order form under our standard terms.
- Implementation starts and Marcus Bell takes over adoption once you are live.
Let's get something in the diary to walk through it together. Leave that with me and I will send some times.
Best, Tom
