What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck presented on 9 Jun 2026 by Elena Novak for a Growth-tier freight customer. Shows around ten daily users against 40 licensed seats, one ticket in thirty days, no overdue invoices, and a plan to prepare renewal ahead of 15 Jan 2027.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly review, not a contract. It states "The order form remains the reference for price and terms. Nothing in this review changes it."
Commits: it restates the contract end of 15 Jan 2027, 40 licensed users and contracted recurring revenue of £48k. The actions are BG-Demo's own: a customs desk working session, a dashboards review and renewal preparation by Elena Novak and Matteo Ricci.
Unusual: nothing off the standard Growth terms. The deck reads ten daily users against 40 seats as headroom, not a concern. The customer's own voice on value is still to be gathered.
Not settled: which teams the new users sit in, and any customer answers to the value questions. The deck gives no dates for the actions beyond relative timings. It does not show who signed, and it states no service levels.

Body
Kralingse Expeditie - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Presented on 9 Jun 2026 by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BG-Demo Account owner: Matteo Ricci Status: Final
1. Agenda and purpose
To confirm the agenda as agreed beforehand:
- Where the account stands under the contract
- Usage and adoption since go-live
- Support and service
- Value for account managers and the customs desk
- Plan and actions for the coming quarter
The purpose is simple: to make sure Kralingse Expeditie is getting what it bought, and to agree what we do next together.

3. Usage and adoption

The headline is encouraging. Across the last thirty days, around ten people on average were active in B-Viz each day. That is almost double the average of the previous quarter, so adoption is clearly moving in the right direction.
To be clear about the headroom: ten daily users against a licence for 40 means most of the licensed seats are not yet in regular use. I read that as an opportunity rather than a concern. The team that has started is finding value, and the next step is bringing in more colleagues.
What these records do not show is which teams the new users sit in, so I would like to hear from you directly on that.
4. Support and service
- One support ticket was raised in the last thirty days.
- No high-priority tickets were raised in that period.
- No invoices are overdue.
A quiet support queue alongside rising usage is what we hope to see. It suggests the connected sources are loading as expected and the team is finding its way without much friction. I will make sure that any new question from the customs desk is picked up promptly.
5. Value for Kralingse Expeditie
Kralingse Expeditie bought Growth so that account managers and the customs desk can see each importer's shipments, exceptions, calls and invoices together, instead of reconciling several systems by hand.
The questions we would like to answer together in this review:
- Which importer conversations have become quicker because everything is in one place?
- Where does the customs desk still switch between systems?
- Which exceptions would you like to see surfaced earlier?
I will record your answers in writing after the session, so that the value of the subscription can be described in your own words ahead of renewal.
6. Plan for the coming quarter
| # | Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Identify the teams and roles that are not yet using B-Viz | Elena Novak with the customer | Within the next few weeks |
| 2 | Run a short working session for the customs desk on asking questions | Elena Novak | Next month |
| 3 | Review dashboards that would help account managers, using the Growth dashboards builder | Elena Novak with the customer | Before the next QBR |
| 4 | Confirm any new data sources the customer plans to connect, within the Growth connector allowance | Elena Novak | Next quarter |
| 5 | Prepare the renewal conversation well ahead of the contract end on 15 Jan 2027 | Elena Novak and Matteo Ricci | Ahead of the renewal notice |
I will make sure that dates for any work involving our Finance team are checked with Finance before they are shared.
7. Next steps
- Written summary of this review to follow from me after the session.
- Agreement on the working session for the customs desk.
- Next QBR to be booked, as the Growth tier includes quarterly reviews.
Kind regards, Elena
