Parties

Purpose and scope
BG-Demo provides B-Viz, one AI-queryable layer over the Customer's CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Customer is buying the Growth tier so that account managers and the customs desk can see each importer's shipments, exceptions, calls and invoices together. Individual services are ordered under an order form that sits under this agreement.
Term
The subscription starts on 16 Jan 2026 and runs to 15 Jan 2027 unless renewed in writing. BG-Demo's customer success manager will give renewal notice ahead of the end date.

Confidentiality and data

An executed order form decides the contracted price and terms. This draft, and any earlier draft in the same folder, is superseded by an executed order form from the day it is signed.
