Internal draft proposal (2 Dec 2025) for the Growth tier, not shared with the customer. Annual subscription £48k; deal amount £60k including implementation. No availability or P1 figures are stated, only 'standard Growth' levels.

What it is: an unissued proposal by Matteo Ricci, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer." It proposes the Growth tier for account managers and the customs desk.

Commits: nothing yet, as it is a draft. It states the "Growth subscription, annual price" as £48k, billed annually in advance, and a "Deal amount" of £60k covering the first year including the one-off implementation fee.

Unusual: the annual price is above the v2 Growth list in the brief, and the text gives no discount or reason. The deal amount "should not be read as the annual price".

Not settled: connectors and any live-by date ("No date is to be offered until engineering has agreed it"), teams in scope, the customer sponsor and the implementation timeline. Service levels are only referred to as the standard Growth terms, with no figures. The text does not show whether a later version or order form followed.

Body

Kralingse Expeditie - Proposal v1

Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer.

Prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 2 Dec 2025 Customer success lead: Elena Novak

Context

Kralingse Expeditie is a Rotterdam freight forwarder and customs broker serving European importers of goods from Asia. Today the account managers and the customs desk work from separate systems, so seeing one importer's shipments, exceptions, calls and invoices together means reconciling by hand.

This proposal sets out how B-Viz, running inside Kralingse Expeditie's own Snowflake account, would give both teams one place to ask questions across that data.

What we propose

The Growth tier, designed for several teams working from the same data layer:

  • One AI-queryable layer over the CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data the teams already use
  • Pages, chat and search for account managers and the customs desk
  • The dashboards builder, so the teams can build their own importer views
  • Quarterly business reviews with the customer success team
  • The Growth user and connector allowances, as set out in the order form

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual price£48k
One-off implementation (fixed fee)Included in the deal amount below
Deal amount (total value, including the one-off implementation fee)£60k

The annual price is the recurring subscription, billed annually in advance. The deal amount is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as the annual price.

Service levels

The standard Growth service levels apply: the Growth availability commitment, first response on priority issues within the Growth window, and the nightly refresh completed before the working day begins. Service credits for availability follow the Growth terms.

Open points before this goes out

  • Confirm with engineering the connectors to be promised and any live-by commitment. No date is to be offered until engineering has agreed it.
  • Confirm which teams are in scope at the start and who the customer's sponsor will be.
  • Check whether the customs desk needs anything beyond the standard connectors.
  • Decide whether to propose a draft implementation timeline in this document or hold it for the order form.

Next steps

  • Matteo to review the open points with Elena and finalise the wording.
  • Share the final proposal with Kralingse Expeditie.
  • Agree the order form under the MSA once the proposal is accepted.
