1. Services
1.1 BG-Demo will provide the B-Viz Enterprise subscription and the Enterprise implementation described in the order lines below.
1.2 B-Viz is built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account.
1.3 The implementation includes support for the Customer's security review and the set-up of up to twelve connectors.

3. Term
3.1 The subscription starts on 7 Apr 2026 and ends on 6 Apr 2027.
3.2 Renewal terms, including the price at renewal, will be confirmed by BG-Demo ahead of the end date.
4. Billing and payment
4.1 The subscription is billed quarterly.
4.2 Invoices are issued in pounds sterling and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
4.3 The implementation fee is invoiced separately as a one-off charge.

6. Service credits
6.1 Service credits are available for availability and for data freshness.

7. Data and security
7.1 The Customer's data remains in the Customer's Snowflake account.
7.2 BG-Demo will support the Customer's security review and will disclose any gap openly.
