What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal dated 16 Feb 2026 for B-Viz Enterprise: annual subscription £119k, total deal value £149k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not executed paper. Service figures are left to the order form.
What it is: a sales proposal from Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, covering Enterprise scope with SSO, SCIM, an executive sponsor and quarterly business reviews. Stored status is final, but the text is a proposal and open.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual price is £119k" and a total of £149k including the one-off implementation fee, which "should not be read as the annual price". Billing is annual in advance, or quarterly on request.
Unusual: the annual price is above the v2 Enterprise list of £125k? No: it is below that list figure, yet differs from both list prices in the brief, and no discount is stated. The document does not explain the figure.
Not settled: availability, P1 response, refresh and credit figures are absent, as "The exact figures will be set out in the order form". No signature, start date, term end or connector dates appear, and the evidence does not show an executed order form.

Body
Quabbin Clinical Research - Proposal
Prepared for: Quabbin Clinical Research, Boston Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo Customer success lead: Hollie Grieve Date: 16 February 2026 Version: 1 (Final)
1. Context
Quabbin Clinical Research runs clinical trials for biotech and medical-device sponsors. Today, the people who look after a sponsor sit in different systems. The sponsor-relationship team works from the CRM and its calls. The study-management team works from tickets and study notes. Finance works from the accounting system. Each team holds part of the picture for a sponsor, and putting it together by hand takes time and is easy to get wrong.
To be transparent about what we heard in discovery: the goal is not another dashboard. The goal is that anyone looking after a sponsor can ask one question and see that sponsor's studies, open issues, recent calls and invoices together.
2. What we propose
Read the whole document (4,007 characters)
We propose B-Viz on the Enterprise tier. B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your sponsor data stays within your environment.
Scope
- Enterprise subscription for company-wide use across sponsor-relationship, study-management and finance teams.
- Pages, chat and search across all connected sources.
- The dashboards builder, so teams can build their own sponsor views.
- Single sign-on and user provisioning through SCIM.
- An executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side.
- Quarterly business reviews led by your customer success lead.
- A fixed-fee implementation covering connector set-up and support for your security review.
How we will work
- Security review. We will support your security team directly and answer questions plainly, including anything that is not yet in place.
- Connect the sources. We agree the connectors with you and commit to each one going live within an agreed number of days, written into the order form.
- Prove it on your data. Your teams ask real sponsor questions on their own data before wider rollout.
- Hand over to customer success. Hollie Grieve takes adoption and quarterly reviews from there.
3. Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and invoiced in GBP.
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Enterprise subscription | Annual, recurring | £119k |
| Enterprise implementation (fixed fee) | One-off | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value | Subscription plus implementation | £149k |
The annual price is £119k. The total deal value of £149k includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as the annual price. From the second year, the subscription is the only recurring charge.
4. Service levels
The Enterprise tier carries our strongest service terms: the highest availability commitment, the fastest first response on priority-one issues, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness. The nightly refresh completes before the working day starts on business days. The exact figures will be set out in the order form and the agreement, and those documents take precedence over this proposal.
5. Commercial terms
- Subscription billed annually in advance, or quarterly on request.
- Payment terms as set out in the order form.
- The order form sits under our Master Services Agreement.
- Any discount applies to the first term only.
6. Next steps
| Step | Owner |
|---|---|
| Confirm scope and connector list | Jordan Pike with your project lead |
| Security review kick-off | Jordan Pike with your security team |
| Review draft agreement and order form | Your legal and finance teams |
| Plan the start of implementation | Hollie Grieve |
Here's where we are: the commercial shape is agreed in principle, and the next piece is the agreement itself. What would make this a yes? Tell us what is still open and we will close it with you.
Thanks, Jordan
