What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal from Jordan Pike for B-Viz Enterprise in Quabbin's own Snowflake account. Annual subscription £119k, billed in advance; total first-term deal value £149k including the one-off implementation fee. Not agreed.
What it is: an unsigned draft proposal prepared on 11 Feb 2026 by Jordan Pike, marked "Not yet agreed and subject to change." It follows the demo and security review and is not an order form.
Commits: nothing binding. It proposes Enterprise scope, a twelve-week fixed-fee implementation and payment terms of "thirty days", with quarterly billing on request.
Unusual: the subscription of £119k is above the v2 Enterprise list price in the company brief, and the text gives no discount or reason. The £149k total is a first-term figure, "not an annual price".
Not settled: service-level figures ("The exact figures will be written into the order form"), the connector list and go-live commitments, the US data residency add-on, which team goes live first, and the signatories. The implementation fee is not stated separately. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Quabbin Clinical Research - Proposal v1
Draft. Prepared 11 Feb 2026 by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo. Not yet agreed and subject to change.
Context
Quabbin Clinical Research is a contract research organisation running clinical trials for biotech and medical-device sponsors. Today, the sponsor-relationship, study-management and finance teams each hold part of the picture of a sponsor: the studies, the open issues, the calls and the invoices. Keeping those views aligned takes manual work, and Quabbin wants one place where all three teams can see the same thing.
Here's where we are: the evaluation has covered the demo and the security review, and this draft sets out what we propose.
What we propose
B-Viz on the Enterprise tier, built and run inside Quabbin's own Snowflake account. B-Viz puts one AI-queryable layer over the systems Quabbin connects, so that anyone with access can ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn from all of them.
Scope
Read the whole document (3,143 characters)
- The Enterprise user and connector allowances, covering the three teams above.
- Pages, chat and search across the connected data.
- The dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- SSO and SCIM, so access follows Quabbin's identity system.
- An executive sponsor at BG-Demo.
- Premium support and the Sandbox.
- Security review support during implementation, building on the completed security questionnaire.
- A fixed-fee implementation, planned over twelve weeks, with each connector's go-live commitment written into the order form.
Outside this draft
Data residency in a dedicated US region and an on-site training day are add-ons. They are not priced here. To be transparent, if Quabbin wants either one, I will add it in the next version.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, annual, billed in advance | £119k |
| Total deal value including the one-off implementation fee | £149k |
The annual subscription is £119k. The total deal value of £149k is the first-term total and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. Payment terms are thirty days, and quarterly billing is available on request.
Service levels
The Enterprise service levels apply: the higher availability commitment, the fastest P1 first response, and a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Service credits cover both availability and data freshness. The exact figures will be written into the order form.
Open points
- Whether Quabbin wants the US data residency add-on.
- The final list of connectors and the go-live commitment for each.
- Which of Quabbin's teams will be live first.
- Names of Quabbin's signatories, which are not yet confirmed.
Next steps
- Quabbin to review this draft and send comments, ideally within the next week.
- Jordan to issue the order form under the MSA once the open points are settled.
- Hollie Grieve, our customer success manager, to join the kickoff and own adoption after go-live.
What would make this a yes? Tell me what is missing and I will fix it in the next version.
Thanks, Jordan
