What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final quarterly business review for the Growth tier customer, presented by Amara Obi on 21 Jul 2026. It shows fast growth in active users, a clean payment record and a contract end of 5 Mar 2027. It is not a contract and states no service levels.
What it is: a BG-Demo customer success deck. It reports "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £48k and 40 licensed users, and says active use is "still a small share of the 40 licensed users".
Commits: it binds no one to contract terms. Amara Obi owns each action in the plan, including a credit team session "Within the next month" and a first set of dashboards "This quarter".
Unusual: the deck names Sophie Ling as account owner, but the document does not show whether she is currently employed, so that should be checked against HR. It also gives no usage figures to back the claim that active users have "almost doubled".
Not settled: the deck states no measured time saving, no price basis and no renewal terms. The £48k figure is the deck's own claim and should be checked against the executed order form and invoices.

Body
Astley Brook Packaging - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Presented by Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Date: Tuesday 21 July 2026 Status: Final
1. Where we are
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer since | Friday 6 March 2026 |
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £48k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Contract end | 5 Mar 2027 |
| Account owner | Sophie Ling |
| Customer Success Manager | Amara Obi |
Astley Brook bought Growth so that customer service, key accounts and credit can see each brand's orders, complaints and invoices together, rather than reconciling them by hand across the two plants.
2. Usage: here's what the numbers say
- Average daily active users over the last 30 days have almost doubled compared with the previous quarter. That is a strong trajectory for a first full quarter after go-live.
- Active use is still a small share of the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom. Nobody is near the limit and no extra users are needed today.
- The growth in use is the right kind of signal, but it is early. The aim for the next quarter is to hold the gains and widen who is asking questions.

Who else should have access? Customer service and key accounts are the heaviest users. Credit is the team to bring in more fully, because the invoice view is where the three-way picture of orders, complaints and invoices pays off.
3. Value delivered
- Teams are using B-Viz to look at a brand's orders, complaints and invoices in one place, which was the reason for the purchase.
- Customer service can answer a brand's query without asking key accounts or credit to pull a separate report.
- We do not yet have a measured time saving to quote. We will agree with Astley Brook how to capture one before the next review, so that the value case is written down by the customer's own team and not assumed by us.
4. Support and service
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets in the last 30 days | Two |
| High-priority tickets | One |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- One high-priority ticket was raised in the period. It was handled under the Growth first-response commitment and we are not carrying any open service concern into the next quarter.
- The account is up to date on payments.
- The nightly refresh is due to complete by 07:00 on business days, as it is for every tier.
5. What is working and what to watch
Working
- Rapid growth in active users since launch.
- Clean payment record and low ticket volume.
- A clear business reason for the purchase that the teams recognise.
Watch
- Use is concentrated in a few people. If one of them is away or moves on, questions asked would drop sharply. Spreading use across more people is the cure.
- Credit is the least engaged of the three teams.
- No dashboards have been called out as built by the customer yet. Building a few of their own would show real investment.
6. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short session for the credit team on the invoice and complaints views | Amara Obi | Within the next month |
| Agree with Astley Brook how to measure time saved | Amara Obi with the customer's lead | Before the next QBR |
| Help the customer build a first set of dashboards with the Growth dashboards builder | Amara Obi | This quarter |
| Review use against the licensed users and connectors | Amara Obi | At the next QBR |
7. Looking ahead to renewal
The contract runs to 5 Mar 2027. Renewal is some months away, but the way to a straightforward conversation is a clear record of use and value between now and then. We will send the formal renewal notice well ahead of the end date and will discuss the renewal terms with Astley Brook before that point.
Let's get the next QBR in the diary.
