Parties
This Master Services Agreement is made between:
- BG-Demo, a London data business (the "Supplier"); and
- Astley Brook Packaging, of Bolton, a maker of corrugated cases and retail-ready packaging (the "Customer").
The Supplier's account owner is Sophie Ling, Account Executive. The Supplier's customer success manager is Amara Obi.
Background
The Customer wishes to use B-Viz, one AI-queryable layer over its CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, so that customer service, key accounts and credit teams can see each brand's orders, complaints and invoices together. The Supplier agrees to provide B-Viz on the terms below.

The 5% discount applies to the first term only. The implementation fee is a one-off charge and is not part of the annual recurring fee.
Term
The subscription starts on 6 Mar 2026 and runs until 5 Mar 2027, unless renewed or ended earlier in line with this Agreement. Renewal terms will be discussed before the end of the term.
Tier
The Customer subscribes to the Growth tier. Users and connectors are as set out in the Growth allowance, including the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews with the Customer's customer success manager.
Fees and Billing
- The annual subscription fee is invoiced annually in advance.
- The implementation fee is invoiced once, as a fixed fee.
- All invoices are in pounds sterling and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Fees exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.

Service credits under this Agreement are available for availability breaches only. A period in which B-Viz is available but shows data that is not fresh is not an availability breach under this Agreement.
Implementation
The Supplier will deliver the Growth implementation over eight weeks, connecting up to eight of the Customer's systems to B-Viz inside the Customer's Snowflake account. The Customer will give timely access to the systems and people the Supplier reasonably needs.
Data and Security
The Customer's data stays in the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Supplier will process personal data only under the separate Data Processing Agreement signed on the same date as this Agreement.
General
- This Agreement and its order summary are the whole agreement on the subject and replace any earlier draft or proposal.
- Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
