What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final-status proposal from Sophie Ling for the Growth tier. It prices the annual subscription at £48k and a first-year total of £60k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states no service levels.
What it is: a proposal dated 14 Jan 2026 for Growth, prepared by Sophie Ling. The text says "The total of £60k includes the one-off implementation fee and should not be read as the annual price."
Commits: nothing binding. It describes scope (pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews with Amara Obi) and says the order form will follow under the Master Services Agreement.
Unusual: the subscription of £48k is above the v1 Growth list of £44k and below the v2 Growth list of £50k. The implementation fee is not stated, only as "Balance of the total below".
Not settled: the document does not show whether it was accepted, a signed order form, user and connector numbers, connector go-live days, or the actual service levels. Its "Final" status is a proposal status, not a contract.

Body
Astley Brook Packaging - Proposal
Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 14 Jan 2026 Status: Final Proposed tier: Growth
1. Context
Astley Brook Packaging makes corrugated cases and retail-ready packaging for food and drink brands from two plants in Greater Manchester. Following the introduction from Mossbrook Data Partners and our conversations with your team, we understand the aim is simple: customer service, key accounts and credit should be able to see each brand's orders, complaints and invoices together, without anyone reconciling systems by hand.
2. What B-Viz does for Astley Brook
B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
For Astley Brook this means:
- Customer service can answer a brand's query with its order history and open complaints in front of them.
- Key accounts can prepare for a review by asking one question instead of opening several systems.
- Credit can see invoices and payment behaviour alongside the commercial relationship.
3. Scope: Growth tier
Read the whole document (2,877 characters)
Growth is designed for several teams working from the same data. It includes:
- Pages, chat and search across your connected sources
- The dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Amara Obi
- The Growth user and connector allowances
- The standard Growth service levels
Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off engagement. We connect your sources, check the data with your team and train the first users. Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to go live within an agreed number of days.
4. Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Growth subscription | Annual, billed in advance | £48k |
| Growth implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Balance of the total below |
| Total deal value, first year | Subscription plus implementation | £60k |
The annual price of £48k is the recurring figure. The total of £60k includes the one-off implementation fee and should not be read as the annual price.
5. How we would work together
- Agree scope. We confirm the sources to connect first and who in each team will use B-Viz.
- Commercial terms. The order form is issued under our Master Services Agreement, and I own the commercial terms on our side.
- Implementation. Our team builds and tests the connections in your Snowflake account.
- Adoption. Amara Obi takes over from go-live and runs the quarterly reviews with you.
6. Next steps
- Review this proposal with the teams who will use B-Viz.
- Tell me about any questions on scope, users or connectors.
- I will then prepare the order form and the agreement for your review.
