Service credits under this Order Form are calculated on availability alone. A nightly refresh that completes late is not itself an availability failure for the purposes of credits. The Customer may raise any concern about data freshness through support, and it will be handled as a normal ticket.
General terms
- This Order Form forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement and is subject to it.
- The Customer's data stays in its own Snowflake account. BG-Demo accesses it only to provide and support the service.
- Either party may propose changes in writing. A change takes effect only when both parties sign it.
- This Order Form is the whole agreement on its subject matter for the term and replaces any earlier quote or draft for the same period.
