What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor for the 29 Apr 2026 review. It reports fast-growing adoption, no tickets or overdue invoices, and a term ending 4 Jun 2026. It is not a contract and states no service-level figures.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck for the Growth tier, written by Daniel Okafor. It states "Headline: adoption is growing fast" and "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £40k, a figure the deck gives without citing an order form.
Commits: nothing new. It lists owners and timing: Lewis Kerr to "Confirm renewal terms and paperwork for the next term" before the term ends on 4 Jun 2026, and Daniel to offer a dashboards working session.
Unusual: the usage claims are qualitative. The deck gives no user counts beyond the 40 licensed, and says active users are "well below the licensed number".
Not settled: renewal price and terms, which the deck leaves to "the executed order form and the price book". It does not show whether the renewal was signed, and the term end date has passed as of today. It also does not show which teams drive usage or any customer-stated value.

Marlcliff runs manned guarding, mobile patrol and alarm monitoring for business clients across the South West and South Wales. Growth was chosen so that account managers, the control room and credit control can each see a client's sites, incidents, calls and invoices in one place, rather than reconciling separate systems by hand.
3. Usage and adoption
Headline: adoption is growing fast.
- The average number of active users over the last thirty days is up sharply on the previous quarter, which is the clearest sign yet that more of the business is asking B-Viz rather than chasing answers across systems.
- Active users are still well below the licensed number, so there is plenty of headroom in the current Growth licence before any conversation about additional users is needed.
- The growth in activity is encouraging, and we would like to understand which teams are driving it: account management, the control room or credit control.
What this does and does not show. The figures tell us how many people are using B-Viz, not which questions they ask or how much time it saves. We would like to hear that directly from your teams during this review.
4. Support and service health
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Support tickets raised | None |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- No tickets in the period, so there is nothing open on connector sync, data freshness or service levels.
- Invoices are paid on time, and there is nothing outstanding on the account.
- A quiet support queue alongside rising usage reads as a healthy account. We will still check in with the team in case anything is being worked around rather than reported.
The Growth service levels continue to apply: the nightly refresh is complete before the start of the business day, and first response targets for priority issues are those of the Growth tier.
5. Value for Marlcliff
Growth was bought to give three groups one shared view of each client:
| Team | What they want to see | What to confirm in this review |
|---|---|---|
| Account managers | Sites, incidents and calls for each client before a meeting | Are they preparing from B-Viz now? |
| Control room | Incident history and client context during an event | Is it used live or only afterwards? |
| Credit control | Invoices alongside recent service issues and calls | Does it change how overdue accounts are handled? |
We would like to leave this review with one or two examples, in Marlcliff's own words, of a decision or a conversation that went better because the information was in one place. Those examples are the best answer when anyone asks what B-Viz is worth.
6. Opportunities
- Dashboards builder. Included in Growth. If teams are not yet building their own views, we can run a short working session to set up the first ones.
- Wider roll-out. With active users well under the licence, the first step is to bring in more people from the three teams above, not to buy more seats.
- Quarterly reviews. Growth includes a review each quarter. We suggest keeping that rhythm, with a named person from each team joining.
7. Renewal and next steps
The current term ends on Thursday 4 June 2026. We want the renewal to be an easy conversation, so we are raising it now.
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Walk through this review with Marlcliff and gather examples of value | Daniel Okafor | At or soon after this review |
| Confirm renewal terms and paperwork for the next term | Lewis Kerr | Before the current term ends on Thursday 4 June 2026 |
| Offer a dashboards working session | Daniel Okafor | To be agreed with Marlcliff |
| Agree the date of the next quarterly review | Daniel Okafor | At this review |
Renewal pricing and terms are set by the executed order form and the price book, and Lewis Kerr will confirm them directly. I will come back to you on anything from today's discussion that needs follow-up.
Best wishes, Daniel
