What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr for B-Viz Growth: one year, 40 licensed users, £44k annual price against contracted recurring revenue of £40k. It is a proposal, not signed paper. The term it renews ended on 4 Jun 2026.
What it is: a renewal proposal dated 2 Apr 2026, prepared by Lewis Kerr with Daniel Okafor as customer success manager. It says "We propose a one-year renewal of B-Viz Growth, starting on the day after the current term ends, with the same 40 licensed users."
Commits: nothing binding. The price is £44k annual, exclusive of VAT, invoiced annually in advance, with quarterly billing offered on request. The Growth service levels are referred to but no figures are stated.
Unusual: the renewal price of £44k sits against £40k contracted recurring revenue, and the document offers to walk finance through how the two relate. It does not name the v2 price change or any discount ending.
Not settled: whether the renewal order form was sent or signed. The text says "The signed order form, once in place, will be the document that sets the contracted price and terms." The term end of 4 Jun 2026 has passed, and this document does not show the outcome.

Body
Marlcliff Security Services - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Date: 2 Apr 2026 Version: 1 (Final) Subscription: B-Viz Growth
1. Purpose of this proposal
This proposal sets out how we suggest Marlcliff Security Services continues with B-Viz Growth when the current subscription term ends on 4 Jun 2026. It covers what the first year has delivered, what we propose for the next term, the price, and the steps to get the renewal signed without any gap in service.
Marlcliff has been a BG-Demo customer since 5 June 2025. You bought Growth so that account managers, the control room and credit control could see each client's sites, incidents, calls and invoices in one place, instead of moving between separate systems. This document looks at how far that has happened and proposes a renewal that keeps it going.

Adoption and health
The account is in very good shape, and we want to say so plainly.
- Usage is growing strongly. The average number of people active in a typical month is well up on the prior quarter, which tells us B-Viz is being picked up by more of your teams, not just the people who were involved in the rollout.
- Support has been quiet. There have been no support tickets in the last month, and none of any high priority. We read that as a platform that is doing its job, backed by connectors that are loading as expected.
- Billing is clean. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
There is also headroom. Active use is still a fraction of the licensed user count, so the current allowance of 40 users gives you room for more account managers, control room staff and credit controllers to join without any change to the plan.
3. What the Growth tier continues to give you
The renewal keeps the same tier and the same shape of service. Nothing is being taken away.
- Pages, chat and search across your connected systems, so that a question about a client's sites, incidents, calls or invoices gets one answer rather than four.
- The dashboards builder, which lets your own people build views for the control room, account management and credit control.
- Quarterly business reviews with Daniel Okafor, where we look at usage, the questions your teams are asking and what to do next.
- The Growth user allowance of 40 licensed users and the Growth connector allowance, with B-Viz running inside your own Snowflake account.
- The Growth service levels for availability and first response, and the nightly refresh of your data ready for the start of the business day.
The terms of your existing order form continue to apply to the renewed term unless the renewal order form says otherwise.
4. Proposal
We propose a one-year renewal of B-Viz Growth, starting on the day after the current term ends, with the same 40 licensed users.
| Line | Detail | Annual price |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Growth subscription | Renewal term of one year, 40 licensed users | £44k |
| Total for the renewal term | £44k |
All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice. There is no implementation fee on a renewal, because the platform is already live and connected.
To put a number on it, the renewal annual price is £44k, compared with the current contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k. Daniel and I are happy to walk your finance team through how the two figures relate before anything is signed.
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance on our standard payment terms. If quarterly billing would suit your finance team better, tell me and I will reflect it in the order form.
5. Why we think this is the right renewal
- It matches how you use B-Viz. Usage is rising across teams and the platform is stable, so Growth is the right size. We are not suggesting an upgrade, because the usage does not call for one.
- It protects what is already working. Your connectors, dashboards and saved searches carry straight on. Nothing needs rebuilding and nobody needs retraining.
- It leaves room to grow. With so many licensed users yet to become active, the best value in the coming year is more of your own people asking questions, not more licences.
- It is predictable. A single annual price, agreed ahead of the end of term, with no surprises at the next review.
6. Plan for the next term
If the renewal goes ahead, Daniel Okafor will use the first quarterly business review of the new term to agree a short adoption plan with you.
| Focus | What we will do | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Wider adoption | Identify the teams and sites where use is still light and agree who should be invited next | Daniel Okafor, with your operations lead |
| Dashboards | Review the dashboards built so far and suggest views for the control room and credit control | Daniel Okafor |
| Value case | Capture the hours saved and the questions answered, so the value of B-Viz can be stated clearly at the next renewal | Daniel Okafor |
| Commercial review | Check that the user allowance and connectors still match how you work | Lewis Kerr |
7. Next steps
- Review this proposal with whoever signs off software spend at Marlcliff, and send me any questions.
- Lewis Kerr will send the renewal order form over today, co-termed to your renewal date so that there is no gap or overlap in cover.
- Marlcliff returns the signed order form ahead of the end of the current term on 4 Jun 2026.
- Daniel Okafor books the first quarterly business review of the new term once the order form is signed.
This proposal reflects the account as we hold it on 2 Apr 2026. The signed order form, once in place, will be the document that sets the contracted price and terms.
