Customer Success deck for the 27 Oct 2025 review on the Growth tier. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k, 40 licensed users and a contract end of 4 Jun 2026. Adoption is low but rising. It states no availability or response terms.

What it is: a QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor, stored as final, for the first review since the customer joined on 5 Jun 2025. It says "The executed order form remains the reference for price and terms. Nothing in this deck changes it."

Commits: it sets out a plan for the next quarter, including sessions with the control room, credit control and account managers, and opening the renewal conversation "Well ahead of 4 Jun 2026". It binds nobody to service levels or price.

Unusual: the £40k figure is labelled "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" in the deck. It is not the Growth list price in the brief, so check it against the executed order form.

Not settled: the deck gives no time-saved figure, no named Marlcliff sponsor and no account owner other than Lewis Kerr. It does not say whether the renewal happened. It is a year old, so it is stale for current decisions.

Marlcliff Security Services - QBR

Prepared by: Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Lewis Kerr Review date: 27 Oct 2025 Tier: Growth Status: Final

1. Purpose of this review

Thank you to everyone at Marlcliff for your time. This is our first quarterly review since you joined on 5 Jun 2025. It covers how B-Viz is being used, the value your teams are starting to see, the issues raised so far, and the plan for the months ahead. Just to close the loop on the original brief: you bought Growth so that account managers, the control room and credit control can see each client's sites, incidents, calls and invoices together, rather than reconciling them by hand.

2. Your contract at a glance

3. Usage

Read the whole document (4,710 characters)

Headline: adoption is moving in the right direction, but it is still concentrated in a small group.

  • Active users over the last thirty days average only a handful of people on a typical day, against forty licensed users.
  • That average is up by roughly a quarter on the previous quarter, so the trend is healthy even though the level is modest.
  • Growth includes several teams. At the moment the activity points to a small number of early adopters rather than all three groups you set out to serve.

How we read this: a rising trajectory from a low base is headroom, not a warning. The licensed seats are there, and most of them are not yet being used. The question for the next quarter is which teams come on board next.

4. Value so far

What we can say from the evidence we hold:

  • Your early users are working from one view of each client rather than moving between the call recorder, the incident records, the helpdesk and the accounting system.
  • The use cases you described at the start, a client's sites, incidents, calls and invoices together, are the ones that matter most to a company with around two thousand business clients.

What the evidence does not yet show:

  • We do not yet have a figure for time saved in the control room or in credit control.
  • We cannot yet say which team gets the most benefit.

I would like to build that value case with you over the coming months, so that when the renewal conversation arrives the benefits are written down in your own words and not just ours. How is the team finding it so far? Your honest view will help us shape the plan.

5. Support and issues

  • Two tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and both were high priority.
  • Neither is open as a service level complaint, and we are not seeing a pattern of repeated problems.
  • There are no overdue invoices on the account.

Few tickets from a small group of users is what we would expect at this stage. I will keep watching for any sign that people have stopped asking for help because they have stopped using the product.

6. Risks and opportunities

8. Decisions we need from you

  1. Who at Marlcliff will sponsor adoption across the three teams?
  2. Which team should we bring on next?
  3. Are there any systems you plan to change that could affect a connected source?

9. Close

Thank you again for your time. I will come back to you with a proposed schedule for the team sessions, and we will review progress together at the next check-in.

Best wishes, Daniel
