Subscription
The Growth subscription covers several teams and includes pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews led by the customer success manager. The user and connector allowances are those of the Growth tier. Any additional users or connectors would be ordered separately.
Implementation
BG-Demo will deliver the Growth implementation as a fixed-fee, one-off project over eight weeks, connecting up to eight of Marlcliff's source systems to the B-Viz layer in its Snowflake account. The implementation fee is fixed and does not change with the effort involved.

Billing and payment
- The subscription is invoiced annually in advance.
- The implementation fee is invoiced as a one-off charge.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- All amounts are in pounds sterling. VAT is added where it applies.
Term and renewal
The initial subscription term runs from 5 Jun 2025 to 4 Jun 2026. The customer success manager will contact Marlcliff ahead of the end of the term about renewal. The first-term discount does not carry over to a renewal term, and renewal pricing will be confirmed in writing before the term ends.
