Service credits under this order form are earned for availability breaches only. They are not earned for data freshness, which is a feature of the Enterprise tier. Credits are applied against the next invoice and are a one-off adjustment, not a change to the annual recurring charge.
Renewal
The customer success manager will contact the customer ahead of the end of the term to discuss renewal. Pricing for any later term will follow the price book in force at that time, and any first-term discount ends at renewal. There is no discount on this order form.
General
- This order form is governed by the Master Services Agreement between the parties. Where the two differ on price, term or service levels, this executed order form prevails.
- Changes to users, connectors or add-ons during the term need a written amendment signed by both parties.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days.
