Final version 1 proposal from Sophie Ling dated 30 Apr 2026 for a modest expansion of an existing Starter subscription. It quotes an expansion annual price of £4,000 and a total deal value of £1,260. It is unsigned, so it is an open item.

What it is: a proposal, not a contract. It says it is "written to be read alongside the existing order form, which remains the document that decides contracted price and terms." The signature table is blank.

Commits: nothing binding yet. It states the existing Starter subscription at £20k per year, unchanged, and says Starter service levels and the 15 licensed users stay as they are. Acceptance is by signing an updated order form.

Unusual: the pricing table gives an expansion annual price of £4,000 per year but a total deal value of £1,260, described as "the amount booked for this expansion deal as it stands today". The document does not explain the gap.

Not settled: what the expansion contains is not stated. The current term end of 28 Aug 2026 has passed as of today, and the document does not show whether it was renewed or accepted. It says the renewal moves Starter to current list prices, with no figure given.

Mossbrook Data Partners - Proposal

Prepared for: Mossbrook Data Partners, Manchester Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 30 Apr 2026 Status: Final, version 1 Proposal type: Expansion of an existing Starter subscription

Context

Mossbrook Data Partners has been a BG-Demo customer since 29 Aug 2025. As a Snowflake-specialist data consultancy serving mid-sized clients across the North West, Mossbrook uses B-Viz on the Starter tier for its own client base. It also became our first implementation and referral partner, and that relationship matters a great deal to us.

This proposal sets out a modest expansion of the current Starter subscription. It is written to be read alongside the existing order form, which remains the document that decides contracted price and terms. Nothing here changes the existing agreement except where this proposal is accepted and the order form is updated to match.

Usage is steady. The team's day-to-day activity is consistent with last quarter, support contact has been light, and there are no overdue invoices. We see this as a healthy, settled account, and the expansion below is intended to build on that rather than to change how your team works.

What we are proposing

We propose an expansion on top of your existing Starter subscription. The core service stays as it is today: pages, chat and search over your connected systems, running inside your own Snowflake account, with the same Starter service levels and the six-monthly check-in with Marcus.

The expansion is priced as a separate line so that it is easy to see what is new and what is already in place.

Pricing

LineValue
Existing Starter subscription (unchanged)£20k per year
Expansion: annual price£4,000 per year
Total value of this expansion deal£1,260

The annual price for the expansion is £4,000. The total deal value of £1,260 is the amount booked for this expansion deal as it stands today. Your existing subscription of £20k per year is not affected by this proposal.

Billing follows the arrangements already in place for your account: invoiced in pounds sterling under our standard payment terms. If you would prefer a different billing rhythm for the expansion, tell Sophie and we will reflect it in the order form.

How the expansion fits with your renewal

Your current term ends on 28 Aug 2026, so the renewal conversation is not far off. Marcus will give the usual renewal notice and will lead that discussion. We would like the expansion to sit comfortably inside it, so that you see one clear picture of what you hold and what you pay going into the next term.

Because Mossbrook signed before the price book change, the renewal is the point at which the current list prices apply to the Starter subscription. We will walk through exactly what that means for you in the renewal conversation, with the figures laid out in the order form, so there are no surprises.

What does not change

  • Your data stays in your own Snowflake account.
  • The Starter service levels, including the nightly refresh commitment, stay as they are.
  • The licensed user allowance remains 15 unless you ask us to change it.
  • Your existing connectors and configuration continue to run without interruption.

Why this makes sense for Mossbrook

You already use B-Viz as part of how you serve your own clients, and you have been generous in introducing us to others. A small, clearly priced expansion lets you extend what you get from the platform without taking on a larger tier or a long project. It also keeps the commercial picture simple for both sides ahead of renewal.

Next steps

  • Review: your commercial lead reads this proposal and raises any questions with Sophie.
  • Confirm: you tell us whether you would like to go ahead, and whether you want the expansion aligned with the renewal date.
  • Paper: Sophie issues an updated order form under the existing MSA for signature.
  • Handover: Marcus picks up adoption of the expanded scope and folds it into the next check-in.

We would like to have your decision in good time before the renewal notice goes out, so that the two conversations can run together. If anything here is unclear, or if you would like to talk it through, Sophie will gladly arrange a call at a time that suits you.

Acceptance

This proposal is final. Acceptance is made by signing the updated order form, which will follow once you confirm.
