What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor for the review on 27 May 2026. It shows a small fall in active users against 160 licensed, one high-priority ticket, no overdue invoices and no agreed value measure. The term ends 27 Feb 2027.
What it is: a customer success review deck for the Enterprise tier, stored as final. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £114k and 160 licensed users, as the deck words them. It is not an order form.
Support: "Only one ticket was raised in the last month, and it was high priority." The deck also says nothing in the record shows a breach of availability or data freshness commitments, and that there are no overdue invoices.
Risks: usage is described as "a little lower than in the previous quarter", with no breakdown by branch or team. The deck admits "We do not yet have a customer-agreed measure of value".
Not settled: the deck gives no usage figures, no category or resolution for the ticket, and no date for the next review. It does not say whether the renewal is agreed. Its actions are owned by Daniel Okafor, with Lewis Kerr on the renewal timetable.

Strensall Merchants is a builders' merchants group with branches across the North of England and the Midlands. It chose Enterprise so that branch, trade-credit and key-account teams can see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit together, in one place, inside the group's own Snowflake account.
Usage and adoption
What the numbers say
Read the whole document (5,053 characters)
- Average active users over the last month are a little lower than in the previous quarter. The dip is small, but we want to understand it rather than assume it is seasonal.
- Active users sit well below the licensed users of 160. That is the main adoption opportunity on this account: plenty of licensed seats are not yet in regular use.
- This deck does not break usage down by branch or by team. That cut is the first thing to agree with the customer, because it tells us whether the gap is a few quiet branches or a general pattern.
How we read it
The level matters less than the direction. A small fall in active users, on a base this size, is worth a conversation now, while it is easy to reverse. We would rather ask "how is the team finding it?" in May than in the weeks before the renewal notice.
Support and service
| Measure | Last month |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | One |
| High-priority tickets | One (the same ticket) |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- Only one ticket was raised in the last month, and it was high priority. Enterprise carries the fastest first-response commitment, and the Premium support and Sandbox options that come with later Enterprise terms.
- A single ticket from a user base this large is more likely a sign of a quiet month than of a struggling one, but it also fits a pattern of people not using the product much. Usage and tickets need reading together.
- Nothing in the record shows a breach of the availability or data freshness commitments. Enterprise is the only tier credited for both, so we will keep checking freshness as well as uptime.
- The account is up to date on payment, with no overdue invoices.
Value delivered
- Branch teams, trade-credit controllers and key-account managers can ask one question and get orders, deliveries, calls and credit for a trade account together, instead of reconciling systems by hand.
- The Enterprise features the group bought, including SSO and SCIM and an executive sponsor, are in place to support wider roll-out across the branch network.
- We do not yet have a customer-agreed measure of value, such as time saved on credit reviews or fewer chasing calls. Without one, it is hard to say what B-Viz is worth to the group in its own terms.
Risks and open questions
| Topic | Why it matters | What we do not yet know |
|---|---|---|
| Slight fall in active users | Lower usage can precede a harder renewal conversation | Which branches or teams account for it |
| Gap between active and licensed users | The contract is sized for 160 users | Whether the gap is training, access or fit |
| No agreed value measure | Hard to defend the subscription at renewal | What the group's finance and operations leads would count as success |
| Single high-priority ticket | Could be isolated or an early signal | Its category and how it was resolved, to be confirmed with support |
Plan for the coming quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Break down active use by branch and team and share it with the customer | Daniel Okafor | Before the next check-in |
| Agree two or three value measures with the trade-credit and key-account leads | Daniel Okafor, with the customer's sponsor | Over the coming weeks |
| Offer refresher sessions to branches with low use | Daniel Okafor | Next month |
| Review the high-priority ticket with support and confirm it is closed out | Daniel Okafor | This week |
| Keep the renewal timetable in view ahead of the term ending on 27 Feb 2027 | Daniel Okafor and Lewis Kerr | Ongoing |
Next steps
- Daniel will come back to the group with the usage breakdown and a proposed set of value measures.
- We will agree the date of the next review at the end of this one.
- Just to close the loop: the contract runs to 27 Feb 2027, and we want the renewal conversation to be about growth in use, not a surprise.
Best wishes, Daniel
