Product and tier
The Customer subscribes to B-Viz on the Enterprise tier. B-Viz is built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, giving branch, trade-credit and key-account teams one queryable view of each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit.

The Enterprise tier includes company-wide use, SSO and SCIM, and an executive sponsor at BG-Demo. The additional users below are added on top of the Enterprise user allowance, so the Customer is licensed for 160 users in total.

The subscription runs for one year from the start date. Your customer success manager will contact the Customer ahead of the end date about renewal, in line with the notice arrangements in the Master Subscription Agreement.
Billing and payment
- Billing frequency: quarterly, in advance, in equal instalments of the annual price.
- Payment terms: 30 days from the invoice date.
- Invoices are issued to the Customer's finance team and quote the SKUs above.
- Any change to the number of users or to the tier is agreed in a new order form and co-termed to the end date of this term.
Service levels
The following service levels apply for the whole term.

On the Enterprise tier the service credit covers both availability and data freshness. A month in which B-Viz is available but answering on data that was not refreshed by 07:00 on a business day counts as a freshness breach and is credited on the same basis as an availability breach.
General terms
- This order form incorporates the Master Subscription Agreement already in place between the parties.
- Connectors, data residency and other services are not changed by this order form beyond what the Enterprise tier already provides.
- Any add-on not listed in the order lines above is outside this order form and needs a separate signed order.
- This order form is the entire agreement on the subject matter above and replaces any earlier draft or quotation for the same term.
