Final renewal proposal from BG-Demo for the Enterprise subscription, term ending 27 Feb 2026, at £114k a year exclusive of VAT, billed annually in advance. It states no availability or P1 response figures. No upgrade or extra users are proposed.

What it is: a renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr, dated 22 Dec 2025, recommending renewal "on the same footing as the current term, with no reduction in scope". It is a proposal, not an order form, so it is an open item until a renewal order form is signed.

Commits: "Annual price | £114k, exclusive of VAT" and "Annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request". Payment follows "Standard BG-Demo terms, as in your current order form", and the renewal starts the day after 27 Feb 2026.

Unusual: the price is held at the current level, and the proposal says it deliberately gives no allowances in digits. It lists 160 licensed users in the account summary, which sits above the Enterprise standard of 150 users.

Not settled: the document does not show whether it was accepted or signed. It gives no service level figures, connector commitments or discount, and says "The executed order form remains the document that fixes the contracted terms". It also does not show which branches drive usage.

Strensall Merchants - Renewal Proposal

Prepared for: Strensall Merchants, York Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor, BG-Demo Date: 22 December 2025 Status: Final

1. Purpose of this proposal

This proposal sets out how we recommend Strensall Merchants renews its B-Viz Enterprise subscription when the current term ends on 27 Feb 2026. It covers where the account stands today, what we propose to renew, the price, how billing works and the steps from here to signature.

To put a number on it, we are proposing a renewal of the Enterprise subscription at an annual price of £114k, the same as the contracted annual recurring revenue you pay today. All prices in this document are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on invoice.

2. Where we are today

Strensall Merchants became a B-Viz customer on 28 Feb 2025. You bought Enterprise so that the branch teams, the trade-credit team and the key-account team can see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit together, instead of reconciling several systems by hand. B-Viz runs inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.

A short summary of the account's health, taken from our own records:

AreaPosition
ContractEnterprise, annual, ends 27 Feb 2026
Contracted annual recurring revenue£114k
Licensed users160
Active useSteady, broadly in line with the previous quarter
Support tickets in the last monthNone raised, none high priority
InvoicesNone overdue

The account is in good order commercially and operationally. We read the quiet support queue as a sign that the platform is doing its job. We would still like to understand how widely it is used across the branches, and we cover that in the next steps below.

3. What we propose to renew

We propose to renew the Enterprise tier on the same footing as the current term, with no reduction in scope.

ItemProposal
TierEnterprise
Deal typeRenewal
Licensed users160
Annual price£114k
Total deal amount£114k
Implementation feeNone, as this is a renewal

The deal amount and the annual price are the same figure because a renewal carries no one-off implementation fee.

What Enterprise includes

  • Company-wide access to pages, chat and search over the connected sources.
  • The dashboards builder and regular reviews of usage and value with your customer success manager.
  • Single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning.
  • An executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side.
  • The Enterprise service levels for availability and first response to urgent issues.
  • Service credits that cover both availability and data freshness, which is specific to the Enterprise tier.
  • Nightly refresh complete before the start of your business day, on business days.

We have deliberately not described individual allowances in digits here. The executed order form remains the document that fixes the contracted terms, and the renewal order form will state them precisely.

4. Why renew on this basis

  1. Continuity. Your branch, trade-credit and key-account teams already work from the same view of a trade account. Changing that now would cost more in disruption than it could save.
  2. A stable price. We are holding the annual price at the level you pay today for the renewal term.
  3. Healthy account signals. Use is steady, there are no open urgent tickets and your invoices are up to date.
  4. Room to grow. You hold a user licence that covers the whole group. We will look at whether more teams or more connected systems would add value, but only where your usage supports it. We are not proposing any upgrade or extra users in this renewal.

5. Commercial terms

Annual price£114k, exclusive of VAT

Payment termsStandard BG-Demo terms, as in your current order form
Contract basisNew order form under the existing MSA
Renewal startThe day after the current term ends on 27 Feb 2026

If you would prefer quarterly billing, tell me and I will reflect that in the order form. The annual price does not change.

6. Risks and open questions

We want to be plain about what our records do and do not show.

  • Our records show steady use but not which branches or teams account for it. Daniel will walk through that with you so we can see whether adoption is even across the group.
  • A quiet support queue is good news, but it tells us little about whether teams are getting the value they hoped for. We would welcome your own view.
  • We have not been told of any change to your systems or organisation that would affect the connected sources. If one is planned, please let us know early so that we can protect data freshness.

Thank you for the work your teams have put into making B-Viz part of how trade accounts are managed. We would like to keep that going.

Kind regards,

Lewis
