What this says

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Draft renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 17 Dec 2025 for the Enterprise subscription at £114k per year, 160 licensed users, term ending 27 Feb 2026. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. It states no availability or P1 response figures.

What it is: a discussion draft prepared by Lewis Kerr, stored as draft and headed "Status: Draft." It proposes a further annual Enterprise term on the same scope, with no implementation fee.

Commits: nothing yet. The text says it is "Not an offer capable of acceptance until an order form is issued and signed." Proposed terms are an annual price of £114k, billed annually in advance, quarterly on request, excluding VAT.

Unusual: the 160 licensed users sit above the standard Enterprise allowance of 150 users. The price is also shown without any v2 list reference or discount.

Not settled: the signatory, the two recent tickets (one high priority), the value statement from the customer, and whether 160 users is still right. The text does not state availability or P1 response figures and defers to the February 2025 executed order form. Whether a renewal was later signed is not shown here.

1. Context

Strensall Merchants joined BG-Demo on 28 Feb 2025 on the Enterprise tier. The aim was to let branch, trade-credit and key-account teams across the group see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit together, in one place, inside your own Snowflake account.

Your current term ends on 27 Feb 2026. This paper sets out what we propose for the renewal, so that there are no surprises on either side and the decision can be taken well ahead of the end date. To put a number on it, the proposal below keeps the subscription at the level you pay today.

2. How the year has gone

This section is a summary of what we can see in our own records. Please correct anything that does not match your experience.

  • Adoption. The number of active users has grown compared with the previous quarter, which is the direction we want to see on a group with this many branches.
  • Support. There were two tickets in the last month, one of which was marked high priority. Daniel will walk through both with your team so that you have the full picture and so that any follow-up is agreed before signature.
  • Billing. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
  • What we do not yet have. We have not asked your trade-credit and key-account leads to put a value on B-Viz in their own words. We would like to do that in the January conversation and add it to the next version of this paper.

3. Proposal

We propose a renewal of the Enterprise subscription for a further annual term, starting the day after the current term ends on 27 Feb 2026, on the same scope.

4. What stays the same

  • The Enterprise tier, including single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, and the executive sponsor arrangement.
  • Your licensed user allowance of 160.
  • The connectors configured today, and the connector allowance that comes with the Enterprise tier.
  • The Enterprise service levels: the Enterprise availability commitment, the Enterprise first-response time for the most serious tickets, and the nightly refresh completing by 07:00 on business days.
  • Service credits for both availability and data freshness, which apply to Enterprise only.

Where your executed order form from February 2025 differs from the general Enterprise description above, the order form continues to decide the contracted terms. We will carry those terms across unchanged unless you ask us to change them.

5. Options we have not included

We have deliberately not added anything to the price above. If any of the following would be useful, tell us and we will quote it separately and co-termed to your renewal:

  1. Additional users beyond the licensed number, in blocks of ten.
  2. Additional connectors, in blocks of five.
  3. An on-site training day for branch managers or the trade-credit team.
  4. Dedicated data residency, if your security or audit teams have asked for it.

We would only recommend any of these where your usage supports it, and at the moment we are not recommending an upgrade of any kind.

6. Open points (draft)

  • Confirm the two recent tickets are closed to your satisfaction.
  • Confirm whether the licensed user number of 160 still reflects the people who should have access.
  • Confirm who at Strensall Merchants will sign the order form, and whether your procurement or finance team needs the paper in a particular format.
  • Confirm whether any connected system is due to change in the coming months, as that can affect connectors.
  • Agree who in your business will give us a short value statement for the next version.
