What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor on 30 Nov 2025 for an Enterprise customer. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £114k, a term ending 27 Feb 2026, and no overdue invoices. It sets no service figures itself.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review deck, stored as final, prepared by Daniel Okafor. It covers adoption, value, support and renewal, and says "Renewal is the main commercial event for the coming months."
Commits: nothing new. It points to the order form for service levels: "Enterprise: availability, first response and data freshness, as set out in your order form". It states no availability percentage, P1 response time or refresh time.
Unusual: the deck gives "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £114k and 160 licensed users. It is a presentation, so the executed order form decides price and terms. Licensed users of 160 sit above the 150 in the brief's Enterprise tier.
Not settled: it puts no pound value on benefits ("This deck does not put a pound value on those benefits"). It gives no user count or usage figures. The term end is 27 Feb 2026, now past, and it does not show whether renewal happened. It names Lewis Kerr as account owner, but HR status is not shown here.

Strensall Merchants is a builders' merchants group with branches across the North of England and the Midlands. B-Viz was bought so that branch teams, trade-credit teams and key-account teams can see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit together, in one place and inside your own Snowflake account.
2. Adoption and usage
Headline: the number of active users has grown clearly compared with the previous quarter.
- The average number of people active over the last month is up by a healthy margin on the prior quarter. That is the direction we hoped for after go-live.
- Active users are still a fraction of the licensed users, which means there is a lot of room for more branches and more roles to join. This is headroom for adoption rather than a need for more seats.
- We would like to look together at which teams are asking the most questions, and which branches have barely started. One or two heavy users carrying most of the questions is a risk we always watch for, so we want the habit to spread.
What we would like from this section
- Agree which branch groups should be brought on next.
- Agree who in each group will act as the local champion.
3. Value delivered
The reason for B-Viz is that people stop reconciling systems by hand and start asking. For Strensall Merchants that means:
- Trade-credit teams can see orders, deliveries, calls and credit position for one trade account without chasing colleagues.
- Branch teams can prepare for a conversation with a trade customer using the full history, not just the last order.
- Key-account teams can see how a large account is behaving across several branches at once.
This deck does not put a pound value on those benefits. We would welcome your help to agree two or three examples, in your own words, that we can use as the value case ahead of renewal.
4. Support and service
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last month | Three |
| Of which high priority | One |
| Service level | Enterprise: availability, first response and data freshness, as set out in your order form |
- Ticket volume is low and in proportion to a growing user base, which we read as a healthy sign rather than silence.
- The one high-priority ticket was handled under the Enterprise first response commitment. We are happy to walk through it on the call if useful.
- Enterprise service credits cover both availability and data freshness. Nothing in this review suggests a credit is due.
- The nightly refresh is expected to complete before the start of the working day, on business days.
5. Commercial position and renewal
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £114k on the Enterprise tier, with no overdue invoices.
- The current term ends on 27 Feb 2026. Renewal is the main commercial event for the coming months.
- Renewal terms will follow the executed order form and the price book that applies to your agreement. Lewis Kerr will take you through the commercial detail, and I will look after the renewal conversation and the notice that goes with it.
- Enterprise includes SSO and SCIM and an executive sponsor. We would like to use the executive sponsor to meet your senior team before the renewal conversation starts.
Possible areas to grow, for discussion only:
- Bringing more branches and roles into regular use.
- Whether extra connectors or the Sandbox would help any team.
- Whether Premium support is of interest.
6. Plan and next steps
| Action | Customer contact | BG-Demo owner | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agree the next branch groups to onboard | Your operations lead | Daniel Okafor | Within the next few weeks |
| Capture two or three value examples in your own words | Trade-credit and key-account leads | Daniel Okafor | Before the renewal conversation |
| Review the high-priority ticket and confirm nothing is outstanding | Your IT contact | Daniel Okafor | Next week |
| Renewal discussion and commercial terms | Your senior sponsor | Lewis Kerr, with Daniel Okafor | Well ahead of 27 Feb 2026 |
I'll come back to you with proposed dates for each of these. How is the team finding it? I would love to hear that in your own words on the call.
Best wishes, Daniel
