What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck presented by Daniel Okafor on 28 Aug 2025 for an Enterprise customer. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £114k, 160 licensed users and a term ending 27 Feb 2026. It sets no new service terms and no price.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly review from BG-Demo's Customer Success Manager. It says "Usage is up on the previous quarter, with plenty of licence headroom" and that invoices are fully paid.
Commits: Daniel Okafor owns the actions, including reviewing the high-priority ticket "Within the next two weeks" and breaking usage down by branch "Before the next review". Lewis Kerr is named as BG-Demo account owner and joins the renewal conversation.
Unusual: the deck quotes "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £114k against a brief list price of £110k for Enterprise. It is a CSM statement, not the order form, and the executed order form decides price.
Not settled: usage is not broken down by branch, no active-user figure is given, and the ticket response against the Enterprise first-response commitment is unchecked. The deck is dated well before the as-of date, so renewal outcome and current state are not shown.

Strensall Merchants chose Enterprise so that branch, trade-credit and key-account teams can see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit in one place, across the branches in the North of England and the Midlands.
Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (5,730 characters)
Headline: active use is growing, and it is moving in the right direction.
- The number of people active in a typical month is up noticeably on the previous quarter.
- Against 160 licensed users, active use is still a minority of the licence. That is headroom rather than a concern: it shows how much room there is to bring more branch and credit teams in.
- We would like to look together at which groups are asking the most questions and which have barely started.
What we can and cannot say today
- We can say usage is rising quarter on quarter.
- We have not broken usage down branch by branch for this review, so we are not yet claiming which regions lead.
Question for the room: which branches would benefit most from a short walk-through, and who in each region would champion it?
Value delivered
The reason for buying B-Viz was to stop teams reconciling systems by hand. What we are hearing and seeing:
- Branch teams can look up a trade account and see orders, deliveries and recent calls together, instead of asking colleagues in other departments.
- Trade-credit teams can read credit position alongside recent activity on the same account, which supports faster, better-informed conversations.
- Key-account teams can prepare for customer meetings from one view.
We would like to capture two or three concrete examples from your teams today, in your words, so that the value is written down and not just felt. That will matter when the contract comes up for review.
Support and service
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last month | Three |
| Of which high priority | One |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- Three tickets in a month from a growing user base looks like healthy, ordinary use.
- The one high-priority ticket is worth reviewing together. We will go through what it was about and confirm that response met the Enterprise first-response commitment, using the ticket timestamps.
- Enterprise service levels cover availability and nightly data freshness, with service credits for both. We are not aware of a credit being due, and we will confirm that against the service records after this meeting.
- Your account is fully up to date on invoices. Thank you.
Risks and watch points
- Key-person dependence: if a small group asks most of the questions, the value is fragile. We will check the spread of who is asking.
- Connector health: we will check that every connected source is still loading, particularly if any of your systems have changed recently.
- Sponsorship: please tell us if there are changes in your leadership or in the teams that sponsor B-Viz, so we can keep the right people informed.
Nothing in the data today points to a problem. This list is simply what we watch on every Enterprise account.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review the high-priority ticket and confirm response against the Enterprise commitment | Daniel Okafor | Within the next two weeks |
| Break down usage by branch and team and share it | Daniel Okafor | Before the next review |
| Agree two or three written value examples with your teams | Strensall Merchants sponsor with Daniel Okafor | By the end of the quarter |
| Short onboarding sessions for branches with low usage | Daniel Okafor | Scheduled once you name the branches |
| Confirm connector health across all sources | Daniel Okafor | Next few weeks |
I'll come back to you by the end of next week with the ticket review and a proposed list of branches for sessions.
Looking ahead to renewal
- The current term ends on 27 Feb 2026.
- As your Customer Success Manager I will start the renewal conversation well before the notice period, so there are no surprises on either side.
- Lewis Kerr will join that conversation on the commercial side.
- The aim is to arrive with a clear picture of usage, value and any extra teams or connectors you may want, so the renewal reflects how you actually use B-Viz.
If anyone in your finance or procurement team will want to see contract terms in advance, please let me know and I will make sure they have what they need.
Summary and thanks
- Usage is up on the previous quarter, with plenty of licence headroom.
- Support volume is low and invoices are fully paid.
- The next quarter is about spreading adoption, capturing written value examples and preparing calmly for renewal.
How is the team finding it? Please tell us what is working and what is not.
Best wishes, Daniel
