Billing and payment

Implementation scope

It covers connecting up to twelve source systems to B-Viz inside the customer's Snowflake account, together with set-up of the Enterprise capabilities that come with the tier, including single sign-on and automated user provisioning.
The work is delivered by BG-Demo's implementation team, with Daniel Okafor as the customer's day-to-day contact for adoption once the system is live. Any connector beyond the number above, or any change of scope, needs a written change to this order form.

Service credits under this order form are payable for a breach of availability and for a breach of data freshness. A credit is a one-off adjustment to the invoice and does not change the contracted annual recurring charge.

- Any change to this order form must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
