What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A draft proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 8 Jan 2025 for the Enterprise tier of B-Viz. It states an annual subscription of £114k and a total deal value of £144k including implementation. It is not an offer and states no availability or P1 figure.
What it is: a draft for discussion, prepared 8 Jan 2025 by Lewis Kerr. It says "This draft is not an offer capable of acceptance." It proposes Enterprise, run inside the customer's own Snowflake account, with SSO and SCIM and an executive sponsor.
Commits: nothing binds either party until an order form is signed. Pricing is stated as "£114k" for the annual subscription, billed annually in advance, and "£144k" as total deal value including the one-off implementation. Quarterly billing is available on request.
Unusual: the subscription is above the v1 Enterprise list of £110k in the company brief, and the document gives no reason or discount. The service levels are described only as Enterprise standard, with no figures.
Not settled: the connector list and go-live days, which teams join first, security review requirements, named signatories and billing frequency. The implementation fee is not itemised. The document does not show whether an order form followed, so it should not be treated as contracted price.

Body
Strensall Merchants - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Prepared 8 Jan 2025 by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo.
This draft is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing in it binds either party until an order form is agreed and signed under the BG-Demo master agreement.
Context
Strensall Merchants is a builders' merchants group based in York, with about ninety-five branches across the North of England and the Midlands. Our conversations so far have centred on one problem: the branch teams, the trade-credit team and the key-account team each hold a different part of the picture of a trade account. Orders sit in one place, deliveries in another, calls and emails in a third, and credit position somewhere else. Reconciling these by hand takes time and means people often act on out-of-date information.
You told us you want those teams to see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit together, and to be able to ask questions of that data in plain English rather than asking a colleague to pull a report.
What we propose
Read the whole document (5,766 characters)
We propose the Enterprise tier of B-Viz, built and run inside Strensall Merchants' own Snowflake account. Your data stays where it is. B-Viz adds one AI-queryable layer over the systems you connect, so that a branch manager, a credit controller and a key-account manager are all looking at the same account.
We chose Enterprise because the use is company-wide and spans several functions, and because a business of your size will expect single sign-on and automated user provisioning, plus a named executive sponsor on our side.
Scope at a glance
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Deployment | Inside your Snowflake account |
| Users and connectors | The Enterprise user and connector allowances |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews |
| Access and identity | SSO and SCIM |
| Sponsorship | An executive sponsor at BG-Demo |
| Implementation | Fixed fee, with security review support included |
The exact connector list, and the number of days within which each connector goes live, will be set out in the order form once we have agreed it together. We would expect the CRM, the call recorder, the mailboxes, the helpdesk and the accounting system to be in the first wave, with the trading and delivery data to be confirmed in discovery.
How teams would use it
- Branch teams: see a trade customer's recent orders, deliveries and conversations before picking up the phone.
- Trade-credit team: see credit position next to order activity and recent contact, so decisions on limits are made with the whole picture.
- Key-account team: prepare for account reviews by asking B-Viz what has changed, rather than assembling it from several systems.
We would agree with you a small number of questions each team asks every week, so that value can be shown in your own terms at the first review.
Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise annual subscription, billed annually in advance | £114k |
| Total deal value, including the one-off fixed-fee implementation | £144k |
To put a number on it: the annual subscription is £114k, and the total deal value of £144k is that subscription plus the one-off implementation fee. The total should not be read as an annual price, because the implementation is charged once only.
Payment terms follow our standard terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
Implementation approach
The Enterprise implementation runs over a fixed period and covers connecting your sources, loading and checking the data, setting up SSO and SCIM, training your first users and supporting your security review. Our customer success manager, Daniel Okafor, will lead adoption once the build is complete.
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Confirm sources, teams and the questions you want answered | Lewis Kerr, with your project lead |
| Security review | We support your team through your review | BG-Demo, with your IT and security colleagues |
| Build | Connectors configured, data loaded and checked in your Snowflake account | BG-Demo implementation team |
| Launch | First teams trained, SSO and SCIM live | Daniel Okafor |
| Review | First review of usage and value against your agreed questions | Daniel Okafor |
Service levels
The Enterprise service levels apply: the higher availability commitment, the fastest priority-one first response, and the nightly data refresh completed before the working day starts on business days. Service credits at Enterprise cover both availability and data freshness. Any variation would be written into the order form.
Optional extras
These are not in the price above and are shown only so you know what is available. We can quote any of them separately:
- Additional users or connectors
- Premium support with a named engineer
- The Sandbox
- Dedicated data residency
- An on-site training day
We would not suggest any of these until we have seen how your teams use B-Viz.
Open points
- Final list of connectors and go-live commitments for each
- Which teams join first and which follow
- Your security review requirements and timetable
- Named signatories and your contract contact
- Preferred billing frequency
Next steps
- Review this draft with your finance, IT and operations colleagues and send me your comments.
