What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft renewal proposal dated 12 Nov 2025 for a two-year Growth term at £58k a year, £116k in total, against £56k contracted today. Price is provisional. Growth first response is one business hour. Unsigned.
What it is: a draft proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown for Kelbrook Mutual Insurance. It says "Nothing in this document is agreed until an order form is signed." The current term ends on 16 Jan 2026.
Commits: nothing yet, but it sets out 80 licensed users, annual billing in advance, thirty days payment terms, GBP, and a first response to a priority one issue within one business hour. Service credits are for availability only.
Unusual: the annual price of £58k sits above the £56k contracted today, and the document calls the price provisional. Tom is to confirm the price basis and any first-term discount before it goes to Kelbrook.
Not settled: no value figure for Kelbrook exists, no signature is present, and the evidence does not show whether an order form followed. The text sets no availability percentage. The stored status and the text both say draft.

Kelbrook Mutual Insurance - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Prepared on 12 Nov 2025 for discussion. Nothing in this document is agreed until an order form is signed.
| Customer | Kelbrook Mutual Insurance, Leeds |
| Prepared by | Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo |
| Customer success | Marcus Bell, CSM, BG-Demo |
| Product | B-Viz, Growth tier |
| Customer since | 17 Jan 2024 |
| Current term ends | 16 Jan 2026 |
1. Why we are writing
Kelbrook Mutual Insurance joined BG-Demo on 17 Jan 2024 and bought Growth on a two-year term. The aim was simple: member services, underwriting and claims should see each member's policies, claims and calls together, without anyone reconciling systems by hand. The current term ends on 16 Jan 2026, so this proposal sets out what we suggest for the next one.
We would like to agree the shape of the renewal well before the end date, so nobody is rushing paperwork in the first weeks of the new year.
2. How the last two years have gone
The picture is a healthy one, and we want to say so plainly.
Read the whole document (5,050 characters)
- Adoption is growing. Average active use over the last thirty days is clearly up on the prior quarter, a strong rise rather than a blip. More of the licensed team are asking B-Viz questions in their day-to-day work.
- Support has been quiet. There was a single ticket in the last thirty days and none of it was high priority.
- Billing is clean. No invoices are overdue.
What we cannot yet show from the records we hold is a single value figure for Kelbrook, for example time saved in claims handling. That is something Marcus would like to build with your team before the renewal conversation, so the case rests on your own numbers and not on ours.
3. What we propose
Renew on the Growth tier for a further two-year term, starting when the current term ends.
| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 80 |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance, as today |
| Annual price | £58k |
| Total deal value | £116k |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £56k |
The total deal value of £116k is the value of the whole renewal term at the annual price of £58k. It is a total, not an annual figure.
Open point on price
The proposed annual price of £58k sits above the £56k contracted today. Tom will confirm the exact price basis, and whether any first-term discount applies to a renewal, before this goes to Kelbrook. Please treat the price in this draft as provisional until that is done.
4. What stays the same
Growth continues to include:
- pages, chat and search across your connected systems
- the dashboards builder
- quarterly business reviews with Marcus
- the standard Growth service levels, including a first response to a priority one issue within one business hour
- the nightly refresh, complete by the start of the business day on working days
B-Viz continues to run inside Kelbrook's own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it is today.
5. Options we can discuss
These are not part of the proposal above. They are here because adoption is rising and we would rather raise them early than be asked later.
- More users. If more teams come onto B-Viz, additional blocks of users can be added to the 80 already licensed.
- More connectors. If another system needs to be connected, additional connector blocks are available.
- A move up to Enterprise. Worth a conversation only if single sign-on, SCIM provisioning or a named executive sponsor become requirements. We are not assuming it is needed.
We would price any of these separately and only once we know what Kelbrook actually wants.
6. Commercial terms
- Billing: annual, in advance. Quarterly billing is available on request.
- Payment terms: thirty days from invoice.
- Currency: GBP.
- Contract basis: a new order form under the existing master agreement. The executed order form, once signed, decides price and terms.
- Service credits: as set out for the Growth tier, for availability only, unless the order form says otherwise.
