Parties
This Master Services Agreement is made between BG-Demo, a London data business ("BG-Demo"), and Copperwick Logistics, a truckload and intermodal freight brokerage headquartered in Chicago ("the Customer").
BG-Demo account owner: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US. BG-Demo customer success manager: Hollie Grieve.
Background
The Customer wishes to use the BG-Demo B-Viz to give its teams one view of each shipper across Salesforce, its transport management system and its support records. The brain is built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. This agreement sets out the services, the price and the service levels that apply.

General
- This agreement, together with the order lines above, is the whole agreement between the parties on its subject matter and replaces any earlier proposal or draft.
- Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.
