What was said
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo for Wekiwa Springs Insurance Brokers on its own claims data. Tanya Reyes liked the claims history. Her president wants proof of value and a decision by the end of August against a £28k working number.
What happened: Hannah Lowe demoed on a sample of Tanya Reyes's own claims data while Jordan Pike covered commercial points. Tanya was pleased that account manager notes came through with the claims history.
Customer view: Tanya said a yes depends on real time saved for her account managers and on her president seeing it is worth the money. She also noted that older renewal dates are messy in the source systems.
Commercial: Jordan gave a working number of £28k, implementation included, for Starter, with a split to follow. The president, who was not on the call, wants a decision by the end of August.
Watch: The accounting system may be a separate source with its own access, so the four-connector scope is unconfirmed. Tanya is the contact, not the final decision-maker.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Hannah Lowe to send the connector list with the owner of each source and a known-gaps note on renewal dates.
- Jordan Pike to send the commercial breakdown for the £28,000 Starter working number.
- Jordan Pike to agree a proposal date with Tanya ahead of the end of August decision.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The president has not seen the product and will judge on cost against value.
- The accounting system may be a separate source with its own access, putting the four-connector scope in doubt.
- Older renewal dates in the source systems are messy, which could undermine answer accuracy.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Joining claims and renewals across sources shows value that nobody has to build by hand.
- Non-admin account manager views with no connector access match how Tanya wants her team to work.

- Hannah LoweHi Tanya, Hannah Lowe. Good to meet you. Before I start, what's the one thing you most need to know from today?
- Tanya ReyesHonestly? Whether it can find a claims history without me doing it by hand.
- Hannah LoweGreat, that's exactly what I'll show. Jordan, you're on for the commercial bits?
- Jordan PikeYes. Hi Tanya. To be transparent, I'll mostly listen, but I'll pick up anything on price or next steps.
- Hannah LowePerfect. I'll run it on a sample of your own claims data, not a demo set. Let's start with a plain question: which clients have a renewal in the next few weeks?
- Tanya ReyesYes, that's the first thing my team would ask.
- Hannah LoweHere it is. The answer lists the client, the renewal date and the account manager. Notice it's in plain English. You don't need a query.
- Tanya ReyesThat's quicker than what we do now. We filter a spreadsheet by hand.
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is, it saves time on the first question. The longer answer is that accuracy depends on the renewal dates being right in the source systems, so I'd check those.
- Tanya ReyesThey're mostly right. Some of the older ones are messy.
- Hannah LoweTo be precise, then we'd flag those as known gaps, not hide them. I'll put that in writing for you.
- Tanya ReyesSorry, a client call came in. Go on.
- Hannah LoweNo problem. Next question: which claims history is attached to this client? Ask it like you'd ask a colleague.
- Tanya ReyesLet's try one of our bigger clients. Show me the claims history for the last year.
- Hannah LoweHere it is. The history is grouped by claim, with the notes from the account manager pulled through.
- Tanya ReyesThat's the thing I was worried about. It's pulling the notes too.
- Hannah LoweYes. It reads from the source systems and nothing else. If a note isn't in the source, it won't appear here.
- Tanya ReyesGood. Can it answer something like, which accounts had a claim and a renewal in the same month?
- Hannah LoweIt can, and this is where the value sits. The question joins two sources, and nobody has to do that join by hand.
- Jordan PikeHannah, can you show the user view? Tanya's account managers would be using this, not her.
- Hannah LoweYes. The view is the same, with the same permissions. Here's what a non-admin user sees. They can ask questions, but they can't change the connectors.
- Tanya ReyesThat's right for us. My team shouldn't be touching setup.
- Hannah LoweI'll note it for the security questionnaire too.
- Tanya ReyesBack again. Sorry. You mentioned four connectors. Which four would you need?
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is, the four you mentioned. The longer answer is that the accounting system is the one to check, because it may be a separate source with its own access.
- Jordan PikeRight. We'll confirm that before we commit. I'd rather not guess.
- Tanya ReyesGood. Our president will ask about that first.
- Hannah LoweI'll put the connector list in writing, with the owner of each source, so it's ready for him.
- Jordan PikePerfect. Tanya, what would make this a yes for you?
- Tanya ReyesIf it saves my account managers real time, and if our president can see it's worth the money.
- Jordan PikeThat's clear. Our working number is £28,000, implementation included, for Starter. We'll send the split.
- Tanya ReyesOkay. I'll take it to our president.
- Hannah LoweBefore we go, a quick recap. I'll send the connector list and the known-gaps note on renewal dates. Jordan will send the commercial breakdown.
- Tanya ReyesThanks, Hannah. That's really helpful.
- Jordan PikeAgreed. Thanks, Tanya. Let's pick a date for the proposal.
- Tanya ReyesEnd of August works. Our president wants a decision by then.
- Hannah LoweI'll put that in writing too. Thanks, both.
- Tanya ReyesThanks, everyone. Speak soon.
- Jordan PikeThanks, Tanya. Talk soon, bye.
- Hannah LoweBye, all.
