What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nadine Schröder, Head of Client Management, wanted to know whether B-Viz works on client programmes and whether claims staff will trust it. Source links for every answer were the test. Written data-flow notes were requested.
What happened: Hannah Lowe ran a demo on sample data shaped like the customer's clients. She showed sourced answers on renewals with open claims, call summaries and a broker-change question.
Customer view: Nadine said trust was the issue and that Ralf would ask the same. She wanted the source for every answer, and the data flow and nightly load in writing for her IT manager.
Commercial: This is pre-sale, so the call sits on the next engagement. Saved questions that re-run on the latest data suit the account managers' monthly renewal review, and Nadine said that was how they would use it.
Watch: A claims date was labelled misleadingly; it was a notification date, and Hannah will fix the naming in writing. Some of the customer's people do not record calls, so call context will have gaps.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Matteo Ricci to send the recording with notes to Nadine and to Ralf Hoffmann.
- Hannah Lowe to send the written answer on the data flow and nightly load.
- Hannah Lowe to put the claims date naming point in writing.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Claims staff and the managing director need to trust the answers, and a misleading claims date label could dent that.
- Some customer staff do not record calls, so call-derived context will have gaps.
- The IT manager wants the data flow and nightly load in writing before backing it.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Saved questions that re-run on the latest data fit the account managers' monthly renewal review.
- Sourced answers across programme documents and claims records speak directly to the trust concern.
Transcript
- Hannah LoweGood afternoon Nadine, Matteo. Before I start, what do you most need to know from this session? I'd rather spend the time on that than on a full tour.
- Nadine SchröderWhether it works on our clients' programmes, and whether the claims team will trust the answers.
- Hannah LoweRight. To be precise, it reads the programme documents and the claims records, and answers across both. The short answer is yes. The longer answer depends on how clean the source data is, so I'll show you both.
- Matteo RicciThanks Hannah. Nadine, Ralf was clear last time that trust is the issue, so I think Hannah's approach is right.
- Nadine SchröderHe was. He'll ask the same thing, so I'd like to see the source for every answer.
- Hannah LoweThen I'll show the sources. Let me share the screen. Can you see the sample client record?
- Nadine SchröderYes. Is that one of ours?
- Hannah LoweIt's built from the sample data we set up for you, so it has the same shape as your clients without being a real file. Watch the search box.
- Matteo RicciAsk it about open claims on a renewal, Hannah, the way Nadine's team would.
- Hannah LoweGood. Which programmes renew before the end of the quarter with an open claim?
- Hannah LoweThere. Each line has a link to its source. If I click, it goes straight to the record in the claims system. To be precise, the answer is only as current as the last load.
- Nadine SchröderAnd how often is it loaded?
- Hannah LoweNightly, unless you ask for something different. I'll put that in writing so your IT team can check it.
- Nadine SchröderOur IT manager will want the data flow in writing too, all of it, please.
- Hannah LoweOf course. Shall I show the calls next? That's where most of the missing context sits, in my experience.
- Nadine SchröderYes, go on. That's the bit I was worried about.
- Hannah LoweSo this is a call summary from the call recorder. Notice it has the client's name, the date, and the points about the renewal. Nothing is typed in by hand.
- Matteo RicciAnd if the call recorder misses something, does the answer say so?
- Hannah LoweIt should. The short answer is it shows the gap. The longer answer is that it can only report what the recorder captured, so a recording that isn't made won't appear.
- Nadine SchröderThat's the honest answer. Some of our people don't record at all, which I mentioned before.
- Hannah LoweThen that's a process point for you, rather than a product point. I'll note it in the summary.
- Nadine SchröderCan we try a question that's harder? Something about a client who has changed broker recently.
- Hannah LoweYes. Let me type it the way your team would say it. Which clients changed broker in the last year, and what happened to their open claims?
- Hannah LoweHere's the answer. It's split into the programme changes and the claims, and each one points to its source. I'd like you to check one of them against the system yourself.
- Nadine SchröderLet me look. Hm, that one's right, but the claims date looks a little off.
- Hannah LoweTo be precise, that's a date from the claims system, and I'd want to check whether it's the notification date or the settlement date. Let me look at the source with you.
- Nadine SchröderNotification. So the answer is correct, the wording was just misleading.
- Hannah LoweRight, and that's a labelling point we can fix. I'll put it in the written notes so it's tracked.
- Matteo RicciHannah, can you show how a team member would save an answer for the next renewal review?
- Hannah LoweYes. You keep the question, and the answer re-runs against the latest data each time. That's useful for the monthly review.
- Nadine SchröderGood. That's exactly how our account managers would use it.
- Matteo RicciWe're nearly out of time. Let me restate the next steps. I'll send the recording with notes, and Hannah will send the written answer on the data flow and the nightly load.
- Hannah LoweAnd I'll put the naming point about the claims dates in writing. Thanks, Nadine.
- Nadine SchröderThank you both. Ralf will want to see this, so please send the notes to him as well.
- Matteo RicciWill do. Thank you, Nadine. Speak soon.
- Hannah LoweThanks, everyone. Bye.
