What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Onboarding call with Brianna Hollis. The timesheet feed stopped loading, likely after payroll changed the export format. Connector owners and duplicate logins were sorted, and a walkthrough on the invoice view was agreed.
What happened: Hamza and Brianna worked through the timesheet feed, which loaded one evening and then stopped. Hamza thinks a payroll change to the export format is the likely cause but wants the new file before saying so.
Customer view: Brianna wants to learn the product first so she can answer the schedulers. She asked for the walkthrough to start with the invoice view.
Commercial: Brianna is told the user count is well inside what is included, so no upgrade is in play yet.
Watch: The orders feed owner has left and Brianna holds it for now. Payroll may be slow to send the file, and Monique and finance must confirm as owners.

Transcript
- Hamza AkhtarHi Brianna, you're on mute. There you go. Good afternoon.
- Brianna HollisHi Hamza, sorry. The dog decided to join the call. Can you hear me okay?
- Hamza AkhtarClear as anything. Did you get a chance to look at the timesheet feed?
- Brianna HollisI did, a bit. It loaded last night, then it didn't load this morning, and I can't see why.
- Hamza AkhtarOkay, that's useful. Can you read me the last load time on the status page? Don't worry about the rest of it.
- Brianna HollisHang on. It says yesterday, around the middle of the afternoon, our time. Then nothing.
- Hamza AkhtarRight. That fits with something changing on your side, not ours. Did anyone update the timesheet system recently?
- Brianna HollisI think so. Somebody in payroll changed the export format. I'm not sure what they changed.
- Hamza AkhtarThat's the most likely cause. I'd rather not guess, though. Could you ask payroll to send the new export file to me when they get a chance?
- Brianna HollisYes, I'll ask. They're not the quickest to reply, so bear with me.
- Hamza AkhtarNo problem. In the meantime, let's go through the connector owners, because I still need a name for two of them.
- Brianna HollisRight, I've looked. The old owner for the orders feed has left, so it's me for now, but I'm not sure I should be.
- Hamza AkhtarFair enough. Who would you suggest instead? Someone who'll still be there in a few months would be ideal.
- Brianna HollisProbably Monique for the commercial side, and someone from finance for invoices. I'd need to check who's free to take it on.
- Hamza AkhtarLet's note both as proposed, and you can confirm with Monique. I'd rather have two confirmed names than four guesses.
- Brianna HollisSounds good. Can I ask a question about the logins? Some of the schedulers have two accounts already.
- Hamza AkhtarYes, that happens. Send me the email addresses and I'll merge them so each person has one login. It's a quick fix.
- Brianna HollisBrilliant. That'll save me a lot of confused emails.
- Hamza AkhtarNow, the first training session. Do you want it with the schedulers, or just you first so you can answer their questions?
- Brianna HollisMe first, definitely. If I'm not comfortable with it, they'll be lost. I'd like to be the one who knows the answers.
- Hamza AkhtarThat's exactly the right instinct. I'll put together a short walkthrough for you and send it over before the next call.
- Brianna HollisThanks. Can it cover the invoice view, because that's what the schedulers keep asking about?
- Hamza AkhtarYes, I'll start there. The question they want answered is where an invoice has got to, so I'll use that as the example.
- Brianna HollisGood. Oh, and the system asked me about a limit on the users. Is that something I should worry about already?
- Hamza AkhtarNot yet. You're well inside what's included. I'll let you know well before it matters, so you don't need to watch it.
- Brianna HollisThat's a relief. Right, I think that's most of my list.
- Hamza AkhtarBrilliant. So, to recap: payroll sends me the new export file, I merge the duplicate logins, you confirm the two owners with Monique, and I send the walkthrough. Anything I've missed?
- Brianna HollisNo, that's it. I'll chase payroll today, honestly, before they forget.
- Hamza AkhtarGood. I'll speak to you again once the file's in. Hopefully it's a quick fix once we see the change.
- Brianna HollisFingers crossed. Thanks, Hamza. Cheers.
- Hamza AkhtarCheers, Brianna. Speak soon.
