What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sanne Verhoeven reported strong adoption on Growth and a faster importer workflow. Her value test for the January renewal is fewer disputed invoices. Payment is clean. Two smaller teams are not yet using B-Viz.
What happened: Elena Novak ran a check-in on usage, one ticket and the renewal. Sanne said account managers now get the full importer picture in five minutes, not an hour.
Customer view: Sanne said the customs desk has really started using it. Two smaller airfreight overflow teams say it is not for them, though she admits nobody showed them.
Commercial: The renewal is on 16 Jan 2027 and the current term ends on 15 Jan 2027. Sanne confirmed the £48k order form amount and said finance is happy with the invoices.
Watch: The dispute count sits in the customer's own systems, and Sanne gave no date for it. The broker notes request may need a new source, and Elena could not say how large the change is.

Transcript
- Elena NovakHello Sanne, good afternoon. Can you hear me all right?
- Sanne VerhoevenYes, hello Elena, I hear you fine. Sorry, I am a minute late. A call with an importer ran over.
- Elena NovakNo problem at all. To confirm, the agenda I emailed yesterday has three items. First, how usage looks since our last check-in. Second, the one ticket your team raised. Third, what you would like to see from us before the renewal in January. Is that still right for you?
- Sanne VerhoevenThat is right. But first the week, okay? The worst delay. A container of consumer goods, sitting at the terminal because of a documents query. The importer was calling us at nine this morning.
- Elena NovakOh no. Where is the container now?
- Sanne VerhoevenStill at the terminal. The customs desk is waiting for a corrected invoice from the exporter. And I will not promise anything on clearance. But the importer knows. That is the point. What has the customer been told? Everything, and early.
- Elena NovakThat is good to hear. And I am glad you raised it, because I think it connects with the first item. Did the account manager have the whole picture in B-Viz when the importer called?
- Sanne VerhoevenYes. This is what I wanted to tell you. Before, she would have asked the customs desk, then looked in the invoices, then listened to the old calls. Now she opened the importer page and it was all there. Shipment, the exception, the last call, the open invoice. Five minutes, not an hour.
- Elena NovakThat is exactly the use we hoped for when you chose Growth. Let me give you the numbers, and then you tell me if they match what you feel. Active users over the last month are up by about half compared with the previous quarter.
- Sanne VerhoevenHalf. Yes, that matches. More account managers, and the customs desk has really started. Before it was just me and two or three enthusiasts.
- Elena NovakMm. And you have forty licences on the Growth plan, so there is still plenty of room. I will make sure that we keep an eye on it, but you are nowhere near the limit.
- Sanne VerhoevenGood. I do not want to think about limits yet. Let's be concrete: who is still not using it? The two smaller teams, the ones doing the airfreight overflow. They say it is not for them.
- Elena NovakDo they say why?
- Sanne VerhoevenThey say they only have a few shipments and they know them by heart. I think that is a bit of an excuse. But it is also true that nobody showed them. We just sent a message.
- Elena NovakThen perhaps that is something for me to do. A short session, thirty minutes, with their own shipments on screen. Would that help, or would it be one more meeting for them?
- Sanne VerhoevenShort is fine. If it is their own data, they will come. If it is slides, no.
- Elena NovakUnderstood, no slides. I will note that as an action. Now the second item, the ticket. Our records show one ticket in the last month, and it was not urgent. Can you remind me what happened, from your side?
- Sanne VerhoevenAh, that was small. One of the customs people could not find the exception notes for an importer. It turned out she was searching in the wrong place. Your support colleague answered quickly and was very kind about it.
- Elena NovakGood. So a how-to question, nothing wrong with the data. I will still write it up in the follow-up so that we have it on record.
- Sanne VerhoevenYes, please. I like it written. Bart also likes it written.
- Elena NovakOf course. Then the third item. The renewal date in our records is 16 Jan 2027, and the current term ends on 15 Jan 2027. It is early, I know. But I would rather ask now than in November. What would you want to be able to show internally to say that this was a good investment?
- Sanne VerhoevenHm. That is a fair question. Honestly, the invoice side. We had many arguments with importers about invoices, whether the storage charge was explained, whether we told them about the delay. If I can show fewer of those arguments, that is my value.
- Elena NovakThat is helpful. So not only usage, but fewer disputed invoices. I need to be careful here: I can show you how often people ask questions about invoices and exceptions together, but the dispute count itself is in your own systems. Would someone on your side be able to give us that?
- Sanne VerhoevenI think so. I will ask my team lead for the invoices, she keeps a list. I will not promise a date, I need to see how busy she is.
- Elena NovakThat is fine. There is no hurry. And to confirm, you are paying the order form amount of £47,500 a year, and our invoices match that, so there is nothing open on the finance side from our records.
- Sanne VerhoevenCorrect. No problems with payment. Our finance people are happy with the invoices, which is rare, so I will say that I noticed.
- Elena NovakThank you, I will pass that on to Matteo. He will be pleased. Is there anything you would like to change in how B-Viz works for the customs desk? Any source that is missing?
- Sanne VerhoevenOne thing. The customs desk would like to see the broker notes next to the shipment. Now they are in a separate place. It is not a disaster, but if it were all together, even better.
- Elena NovakI understand. I cannot say today whether that is a small change or a larger one, because I need to check with our engineers what is connected today. I will make sure that I come back to you in writing.
- Sanne VerhoevenGood. Writing is fine.
- Elena NovakThen let me summarise. One: I will arrange a thirty minute session for the two smaller teams, using their own shipments. Two: I will check the broker notes question with our engineers and reply in writing. Three: you will ask your team lead about the disputed invoices, without a fixed date. Four: we meet again before the renewal conversation, and I will propose a time by email. Did I miss anything?
- Sanne VerhoevenNo, that is complete. Very Elena.
- Elena NovakI will take that as a compliment. Thank you, Sanne, and I hope the container moves soon.
- Sanne VerhoevenMe too. Groet, Sanne. Speak soon.
- Elena NovakKind regards, Elena. Goodbye.
