What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On the 8 Oct 2024 onboarding call, Callie Brennan agreed a Thursday walkthrough of sample CRM and email data. The accounting credentials are still pending because finance is stretched. No concerns were raised.
What happened: Shannon Lockwood had filled in most of the template. The accounting system is outstanding, and Callie will map the CRM and email sources first.
Customer view: Charlotte Haigh and Shannon were routine and cooperative. Charlotte's only comment was that it sounded straightforward.
Commercial: Nothing on price, value or a rival came up. The evidence does not show the tier or contract.
Watch: The first full refresh waits on finance credentials. Finance capacity is the likely delay, and the evidence does not show who owns them.

Transcript
- Callie BrennanMorning. Good to see you. How are things?
- Shannon LockwoodGood, thanks. Yeah, we got your template.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant. Did you manage to fill it in?
- Shannon LockwoodMost of it, yeah. The accounting system is still pending, finance team are a bit stretched at the moment.
- Callie BrennanNo rush. Can you chase them early next week? It's just API credentials or a service account, nothing too complicated.
- Shannon LockwoodYeah, I can do that.
- Callie BrennanCheers. Meantime, I can get moving on your CRM and email. I'll pull some sample data, run it through the brain and check the mappings look right. Your clients, roles, that sort of thing. Before we switch on the refresh, I want to make sure everything's lined up.
- Charlotte HaighWhen would you have that ready?
- Callie BrennanBy Thursday. I can do a quick call with you both Thursday morning to walk through what I'm seeing, make sure you're happy before we go live. Does that work?
- Shannon LockwoodYeah, Thursday morning's good.
- Callie BrennanExcellent. I'll send a calendar invite for half an hour. So we'll go through the field mappings, check the sample data looks right, and then I'll be ready to do the first full refresh once we have the finance credentials.
- Charlotte HaighAnd who's actually running the refresh?
- Callie BrennanI'll do the first one to make sure it lands cleanly. After that, Shannon can run it herself if needed. It's normally on a nightly schedule, so the data refreshes automatically, but if you ever want to do an on-demand refresh during the day, Shannon just clicks a button and it runs in the background.
- Shannon LockwoodHow long does that take?
- Callie BrennanMaybe fifteen minutes, depending on volume. You'll see a progress indicator. If anything goes wrong, which is rare, you'll get a warning. Just flag it to Marcus and he'll sort it.
- Charlotte HaighOK, sounds straightforward. Thursday morning then.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. I'll get that invite over to you today. Cheers, both.
