About B-Viz

What it is for

B-Viz is the brain of any business, built from the systems it already runs, on the architecture it already has. And it does the work: it briefs you before a meeting, tells you who to call and why, writes the proposal, prepares the board report, explains churn and shows what is working in the product. Every answer and every document is traceable to the records, and comes out in your own brand.

The demo runs it on BG-Demo, a fictional company: everything shown is the tool's real output on that data.

What it is used for

  • Customer briefingBefore a meeting, one page on the account: its status and money, usage, open issues, the last calls and what was agreed, who matters on their side and who has joined or left, and the news about them.
  • Calls to makeIt spots the calls worth making, for a problem or an opportunity, and prepares each one with a briefing built from all the data and the actions agreed on earlier calls.
  • ProposalsIt sees what is working across your current customers, finds the prospects that look like them, and drafts the proposal.
  • Board reportThe quarter's numbers with the commentary written, as a deck: ARR, retention, pipeline, cash and the risks, each figure naming its source.
  • Churn and retentionWhy customers left, who looks like them now, and what to do about it before their renewal comes round.
  • Product usageWho uses what they pay for, what is growing and where to act, by customer, product and month.

Everything in one place

Every company keeps what it knows in a dozen systems: customers in the CRM, the calls and the inbox, the money in the ledger, the people in the HR system. Nobody sees it all at once.

B-Viz reads them into one place and joins them up by organisation, person and month. Its AI reads every call, email, ticket, document and news item on its own, rolls what it found up by organisation and person, and writes what a good account manager, finance lead or chief executive would: how each customer is really doing, how the numbers moved against budget and target, what changed and what to do next.

Everything it writes is published as a website you can read, with a link from every sentence and figure to the records behind it, and the same facts answer questions in Claude or on the site. Why B-Viz sets out what makes that different.

What it reads

  • CRM: accounts, contacts and deals
  • Calls: every transcript
  • Email: every thread
  • Support desk: every ticket
  • Product usage
  • Finance: the ledger, invoices, payments, budget and ARR
  • HR: staff, roles, joiners and leavers, time off
  • Documents: contracts, order forms, decks and notes
  • News about your customers, prospects and market

Figures are computed in code, never by the AI: each organisation's invoices, payments and deals are read once, in its finance read, and its platform usage in its usage read, both over those facts; the ledger feeds the figures, and the AI's summaries and commentary are written from them.

Layer by layer

  • 1. It reads every object on its ownEach call, email thread, support ticket, document and news item is read by the AI, and what it found sits on that object's own page, so you can drill in from anywhere.
  • 2. It rolls up by organisation and personEach organisation gets an assessment, a status, next steps and its story; each person at an organisation an insight; each member of staff a profile; each with the reasoning that fits it.
  • 3. It writes the summaries at the topThe Summary's Executive overview and This week, and the commentary on the Commercial pages: the accounts, the money and the people together.
  • 4. It maps every documentEvery contract, order form, deck and note is read and filed by organisation and kind on a document map; each document's page shows what was found in it and where (As found in this document).
  • 5. You can trace it all backThe Evidence trail follows any sentence or figure down through those layers to the source rows it came from.

The demo company

The demo runs on BG-Demo, a fictional London data business founded in October 2022, with four years of its records: customers, calls, deals and usage, and also its ledger, its budget and its staff.

Every team finds its own view in it, the board and finance as much as sales and customer success.
