Why it matters
Documents hold the commitments: what was signed, what was promised, what was presented. B-Viz reads every document in your store, files it by organisation and kind (proposal, contract, order form, review deck, note), and summarises it.
Each organisation has a document map: its paper laid out over time, with the AI's reading of the whole set beside the executed terms. Open any document and its page shows what was found in it and where: the dates, prices and commitments, under As found in this document. The Document library lists every document in the store in one place, your own company paper and every organisation's, to filter by kind, organisation, status and date.
What the documents say feeds the AI's view of each organisation, so a renewal clause or a promise made in a deck is not missed.
