Why it matters
The same B-Viz answers in two places. In the Claude app, on desktop, web or phone, the B-Viz connector gives Claude its tools, so you can ask about a customer, last month's numbers or the team in the middle of your own work.
On the site, Ask B opens a chat panel on any page, and a question asked on an organisation's page is taken to be about that organisation. Both use the same read-only tools and the same facts, and both link back to the pages they used.
